Andy Dunagan

Andy has over 19 years' experience in the insurance industry, including extensive involvement in workers' compensation and risk management services. Andy's knowledge of workers' compensation earned him a national presence in the staffing industry and motivated him to launch Specialty Risk Partners (SRP). SRP is a specialty workers’ compensation brokerage that has an expertise in providing workers’ compensation solutions for hard to place industries.
He has served on the board of the Georgia Staffing Association and is a member of the American Staffing Association and the Staffing Industry Analyst. Andy earned his B.A. from Mercer University and obtained his Certified Workers' Compensation Professional (CWCP) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations.

Steve Kindregan serves as Managing Director for Specialty Risk Partners. Steve’s responsibility includes driving new business and managing relationships with brokers and trading partners nationally. He has extensive experience in risk management, staffing, business development and c-suite engagement.
In 2014, Steve became an alumnus of Leadership Georgia, a nationally renowned leadership training program for business leaders. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia State University Alumni Association, Georgia Staffing Association; and is currently a member of the American Staffing Association and Staffing Industry Analyst.
Anthony Burger

Anthony has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry, including extensive involvement in program development, partner relationships, and all lines of domestic and global property & casualty insurance. Anthony joined SRP in 2021 and previously held roles in underwriting, marketing, and sales/distribution in the insurance industry.
He has served on the boards of the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia’s Young Agents Committee, the Metro Alliance of Independent Insurance Agents, and various industry association committees. Anthony earned his B.A. from The University of Alabama in 2005.

Rusty has a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of West Georgia. Rusty enjoys building relationships with his clients as well as solving their insurance needs.

Jackie has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, including private client and commercial lines. She has extensive experience in managing and building client relationships.
She obtained her Property and Casualty agent’s license in the state of Georgia and has achieved her Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation. She is very active with the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia (IIAG) and serves on the board of the Young Agents Committee (YAC).

Vanessa graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia in 2018. She is a licensed Property & Casualty agent in the state of Georgia, holds the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) professional designation, and is currently working towards the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional designation. Vanessa has extensive experience working with staffing risks as well as building relationships with her clients and insuring underwriting teams.
